Baxter holds a BFA in Theatrical Production and Scenic design from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. As part of his education he spent 3 months studying at Shakespeare’s Globe in London. Originally hired by Kadan as an on-site carpenter, he has since been brought on as a part of the Project Management team. Baxter brings knowledge and experience in design, carpentry, scenic painting, lighting, fabric, and an on the ground view of how to run a successful production. His freelance experience includes being a scenic designer in off off Broadway, PA for CBS television, theatrical lighting warehouse assistant, Carpenter, Scenic artist, Stagehand, and Electrician, for various events, theater, and dance companies in NYC, NJ and PA. When not enjoyably engrossed with Kadan projects and clients, he spends his time going to museums, cycling, climbing, camping, and travel.
